The University of Adelaide recently concluded a study to
document the effects of garlic on the body. What was particularly interesting
about the study was that it utilized odorless garlic supplements in its research.
Though many studies have proven that garlic itself helps to
regulate cholesterol and the circulatory system, few have studied the effects
of garlic supplements. As a huge fan of the odorless garlic supplement Allicin Plus C, it was heartening to read these results.
The study involved 30 trials and studied the effects of
garlic supplements on 2,300 people. Those who took the supplements experienced
an average reduction in total cholesterol by 8%. LDL cholesterol, the “bad”
cholesterol, was also reduced.
Even a nominal reduction in cholesterol helps to greatly
reduce occurrences of coronary events, especially at the age of 50 and beyond.
The doctor who led the study indicated the results were powerful enough to
conclude that garlic extracts, like those found Allicin Plus C, should be considered as a
treatment for high cholesterol before pharmaceutical medications.
Of course, people should not rely on odorless garlic supplements to be a magic cure-all. Garlic creates a chemical called allicin when it is chopped, crushed, or chewed. This is the compound that appears to be behind many of garlic’s beneficial qualities and is the primary ingredient in Allicin Plus C. It also is important to point
out that you need to work with your doctor if you wish to switch from
pharmaceuticals to odorless garlic supplements.
The reason that I love Allicin Plus C is that it is so
potent and it gives me absolutely no garlic breath. I feel better all around because
not only do allicin and garlic contribute to lower cholesterol, but also they
enhance the immune system in a big way. I have not been sick in a very long
time.
If you are looking for simple ways to enhance your health,
consider trying Allicin Plus C. It is all-natural and offers a long list of
benefits. Best of all….you will have no garlic breath!
